About Mee
Hello. My name is Mee. I’m a 20-something Hmong American woman living in MN with my husband, Chong. I started this blog because 1) I want to start jotting down bits and pieces of my life and 2) I want to share my love of cooking and baking with everyone.
I’m having a brain fart at the moment so more to come in the future (possibly)!
I ran across your blog and your food looks delicious! Would you mind sharing some of your recipes for me? Particularly the egg rolls, spring rolls, and cream cheese puffs recipe?
I wanted to do pictorials for those during Thanksgiving but things got so hectic so I wasn’t able to take step-by-step pictures. I don’t measure my ingredients when it comes to Asian food but I will try to track down similar recipes and post them up for you. Or maybe when I have more time, I’ll make them again and take photos.
